Unsrew the board, clean it up with vinegar & cotton swabs [ The circut board ] and the plates where the residue is present. Don't drench it. Inspect the undeside of the board see if the chemicals wicked into the board, if yes, Kaputsky!

The Omega 1430 is an ETA 255.411. All Omega did was stamp their logo on the phenolic plastic of the circuit board. Normally if there are any problems, it is far cheaper to replace the whole movement than to diagnose and repair the old movement.
Omega released the Seamaster 120m Plongeur De Luxe line of watches in 1980 as the first series of quartz diving watches from the brand. The watch came in three different sizes and different materials. I've recently acquired a very beautiful 1978 Seamaster Mariner II that's currently not working, put a new battery in it but nothing happens.
