My 2020 Sub41 is very accurate when worn, between +0.5 and +1.5 s/d. At rest, it loses time in any position, but not much when dial up. I don't wear it more than two days in a row, only at the weekend. I've actually worn it almost every weekend for the past 13 months, so far so good, touch wood.

As far as Rolex capabilities, Rolex most complicated movements are not suffering from the latest 32 series issues. That tells me these initial issues have nothing to do with Rolex manufacturing or assembly. You will find lots of people here with no problems, some with minor problems (e.g., off by 5 s or so per day), and a few with major problems (e.g., losing > 30 s per day). Chronometers are COSC +6/-4 and now Rolex has reached +2/-2 variance. My DJ41 has been sent out twice since I purchased it from an AD 2 years ago. My issue was related to a sudden and unexpected change in precision due to extreme variance among the many positions.
Many have suggested these issues prove the superiority of the 3235 over the 3135, but as I stated that movement had and still has known issues. He also cited certain vintage Omegas which are still receiving part updates to address issues.
