Yves Saint Laurent Y - This EDT smells fresh but really nothing special. It smells clean and it isn't too strong. Scent: 7/10 Longevity: 6/10 Sillage: 6/10 Bottle: 5/10 Value for money: 6.5/10 Synthetic, uninspired, loud, just smells like a "blue" fragrance without any discernible notes (to me). Lots of ambroxan, lots of amber-woody aromachemicals. Performance seems pretty decent They're both "blue" but very different. I have the edp of both. Y is very sweet especially in the very beginning. It dries down to be less sweet but jrs still sweeter than sauvage. Sauvage is just so heavy on the ambroxan, which is a love or hate thing.
