I recently saw a four handed watch and found it too different .. :) .sort of like a Devon watch
Push the pusher that is "north" of the crown and see if the hand in question starts. If it does that is the chronograph second's hand. If there is no pusher next to the crown you do not have a chronograph.

My first reaction was that the hands are wrong and the date window should be square on a Jupiter, but there are some photos that match yours. If it’s real m, the hands will have lume.
